James Adams is the firm’s Of Counsel. A lifetime Texan, he graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Houston Law Center. Prior to joining Feldman Lee, PLLC, Mr. Adams worked for Houston law firms representing clients in workplace accidents, wrongful death, wrongful employment discharge, and related issues.
He was the revising author for the Texas Practice Guide, Volumes 1 & 2: Evidence (Thomson Reuters), the author of Proof of Violation Under the False Claims Act, American Jurisprudence Proof of Facts 3d (Thomson-West), and the author of Chapter 70, Insurance Coverage Litigation, Insurance Litigation Guide (West Group). Mr. Adams was named a LexisNexis Expert Commentator and is a member of the legal honor society SCRIBES, The American Society of Writers on Legal Subjects. He has taught law as Adjunct Faculty for major universities, and was awarded a Fulbright Specialist Scholarship in 2015 to train Namibian judges and attorneys on alternate dispute resolution.
